Can I get a refund if the watch doesn't suit me?
We understand that choosing the perfect watch can sometimes be tricky, especially when it comes to an online purchase. That's why we offer our customers a satisfactory return policy. If for any particular reason your new watch does not meet your expectations, you have the option of returning it to us within a specified time after receipt (usually 30 days, but please check our specific conditions), provided that it is in original condition and with all packaging and accessories provided.
How long do watches take to manufacture?
At Phicrown, we are committed to providing our customers with watches of exceptional quality, where every detail counts. Manufacturing our watches is a meticulous process that involves several crucial steps, from careful selection of materials, to precise assembly by our skilled watchmakers, to rigorous testing to ensure their reliability and durability. This is why we need 2 weeks of assembly and quality checks.
Why is my watch not working upon receipt?
If your watch does not work when it arrives, there may be several reasons for this. First, it's possible that you forgot to wind the watch. Second, despite our rigorous quality controls, malfunction during transportation is still possible. Either way, we are here to help you. Please contact our customer service for quick and efficient assistance. We are committed to resolving any issues as quickly as possible to ensure your complete satisfaction.
What can I do if the size of the bracelet does not suit me?
If you find that the strap size of your new watch doesn't fit you perfectly, don't worry! Our watches are designed to fit comfortably on your wrist. For your convenience, a quick adjustment system is integrated behind the clasp, allowing you to easily adjust the length of the bracelet. Additionally, we provide additional links with each watch upon purchase, giving you the flexibility to adjust the bracelet to your ideal size. You have two options for adjusting the bracelet: you can go to a professional watchmaker to have the size adjusted, or, if you prefer, our team will be happy to adjust the bracelet for you.
